Sophina BrownSophina Brown was born on September 18, 1976 in Saginaw, Michigan. She earned a B.F.A. in Theatre Performance from the University of Michigan. Her first major television gig, aside from guest appearances on shows like Law and Order: SVU and Strangers with Candy, was a recurring role on Chappelle's Show. She had a supporting role in the Diane Keaton/Mandy Moore film Because I Said So. Her breakout role was that of Raina Troy on the CBS drama Shark, which was recently cancelled.

She's actually guested on Numb3rs before! She played "Bianca Styles" on the second season episode "Scorched".
